Andre Abajian – SoCal Capital Real Estate Broker
While growing up as a kid Andre has always been around real estate topics and transactions. His parents influenced him in real estate, construction, small businesses retail sales as well as , customer service and acquisitions. He was born at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach and spent his infant days in Costa Mesa. Andre began 4th grade public schooling at Arroyo Elementary, then attended Hewes Middle School and Foothill high School in the city of Tustin. Working with and connecting people has always been something that has become natural to him.
Andre Abajian began working in the financial district in 2002 for MBNA America Bank which was later bought out by Bank of America in 2006. He entered the real estate industry in the fall of 2003 for a mortgage loan broker office called First Equity Financial. His years there were quite successful by gaining key relationships and quickly obtained a position as a loan production manager for SMC Direct, Inc out of Laguna Hills, CA. At SMC Direct, Andre managed each transaction and assisted in over 500 million dollars of mortgage loan closings in several states including California.
Andre praises his type A-Personality which has helped his private clients gain the utmost satisfaction with each and every real estate transaction. In the winter of 2005 Andre Abajian joined forces with RE/MAX Real Estate Services based out of Aliso Viejo, CA. It was at RE/MAX Real Estate Services in which Andre gained significant experience and specifically involved with the buying and selling aspect of residential real estate in Orange County. Andre quickly became awarded realtor of the month with RE/MAX and eventually obtained enough experience to expand onto his own office in the city of Irvine.
On September 22nd of 2011 SoCal Capital was officially opened its doors. Andre Abajian is the license holder and owner of SoCal Capital.
